In recent news, Oklahoma news anchor Julie Chin suffered a stroke on live TV. The anchor, who works for NBC affiliate KJRH in Tulsa, was taken to the hospital after having trouble reading the teleprompter in front of him. Julie herself revealed that she suffered the onset of a stroke. Now both news and anchor have become the topic of discussion on the internet. Everyone seems to be talking about it and sharing their thoughts about it.

Taking to Facebook, Julie Chin shared a post in which she wrote that the last few days are still a bit of a mystery but that her doctors believe she had the onset of a stroke during a live broadcast on Saturday morning. Adding, she wrote that few people saw it directly and she is very sad about it. Julie continued that the episode seemed to come out of nowhere and that she felt better before our show.

A few minutes into their newscast, things started happening, the anchor added. According to Chin, he first lost partial vision in one eye, and after a while he felt swelling in his hands and arms. Later, she realized she was in big trouble because her mouth wouldn’t say the words that came before her on the teleprompter. Considering her health, she was taken to the hospital so she could receive the best treatment possible to keep her safe.

Chin apologized to viewers for not continuing the story and said she had something going on this morning. Chin then tossed the transmission to the weather team and said, “Let’s go ahead and send it to meteorologist Annie Brown”. Brown picked up the podcast and responded with a laugh. He said, “Julie we love you so much and we all have those days”.

Instead of returning to the airwaves, Chin’s colleagues called 9-11, and soon after, he was taken to a nearby hospital. On September 4, Julie Chin took to Facebook to give her followers an update on her health status. She mentioned that her health is good. Adding more, Chin said she was happy to share that her tests all came back positive. Follow our site for more such updates.
